- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Unbelievably incompetent staff and not particularly great doctors either (one in particular is extremely condescending and rude) Staff have absolutely no idea how to run a waiting room and are more than often exceptionally rude. I've stood at the unattended reception for over five minutes more than once while listening to the reception staff gossip about another employee behind the wall. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Not many people waiting in the waiting room and people coming in after me and getting seen. Then I find out that the reception staff were sending people away telling them to come back in a few hours. The receptionist should be informing people when they arrive of the extended wait times and the fact that there is only 1 doctor on duty.
